At Boca Java, we go to great lengths to make sure your coffee gets to you at the utmost of freshness. Often times our customers ask us how we are able to do this. The answer is we have a streamlined shipping process that allows us to deliver your just-roasted coffee in an extremely timely manner. We would like to take a moment to explain some of the details of our process so we leave no question unanswered.

When will I get my coffee at my door after I place an order?

This is the question we hear most frequently. We ship via UPS. Delivery generally takes 5 – 7 days when using the Standard Ground option. This variation depends on your geographic location-it all depends on distance. If you choose Next Day Air or Second Day Air, obviously you can speed up the process. It’s all up to you…

Below, you will find a simple schedule to help you become familiar with our shipping process, keeping in mind we do not ship on Mondays. Please Note: This information is for orders placed up until 11:59 pm ET each evening.

For Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select, it is the same process, delivered on the selected option. Please keep in mind these services apply to business days only. Weekend days are not factored into the delivery schedule.

If I order today and select Next Day Air, will I get it tomorrow?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. We need a day in between the placement of the order and the shipping of the order to actually roast your coffee for you.
